Deck Use: Balcony

A balcony deck can make the most of every inch of space. When a view is framed by a balcony or terrace, it is often best to use a glass guardrail. People sitting down, whether outside or inside, can then still take in the view. The deck can have a waterproof membrane below in order to avoid water damage. It’s best that the membrane be sloped, detailed and properly installed. The longer the materials last, the longer the balcony deck design will last.
